Use Crowd Quotes to build trust and improve your marketing campaigns by displaying rich-text reviews from real users of your products. ![use quotes in google doc](https://documentation-g2-com-images.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/crowd-quotes-use-crowd-quotes-google-doc.gif) Crowd Quotes can also be added to G2 Reference Pages. For more information on including Crowd Quotes in your Reference Pages, refer to the [Reference Pages](https://documentation.g2.com/g2/docs/reference-pages) documentation. ## Creating Crowd Quotes The Crowd Quotes creation tool offers an interactive experience for generating a repository of review snippets. ![how to create a quote](https://documentation-g2-com-images.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/crowd-quotes-create-a-quote.gif) To create a Crowd Quote: 1. Go to [my.G2](https://my.g2.com/~/snippets), then **Marketing Content** > **Crowd Quotes**. 2. Select **Create a new quote**. 3. Use the filter panel to find a review, then select and drag the text you want included in your Crowd Quote. Text selections cannot span across multiple questions. (Optional) Enter one or more tag names into the *Select Tag* field to help you group and find specific Crowd Quotes when you need to use them. If you do not want to add a tag, leave this field empty. 2. Select **Save**. Your new Crowd Quote populates within the right sidebar. Go to [my.G2](https://my.g2.com/~/snippets), then **Marketing Content** > **Crowd Quotes**. 2. Use the filter panel to find the Crowd Quote you want to edit, then select the **Edit** icon. 3. To revise the text included in your Crowd Quote, simply select and drag the new text you want to include. 4. (Optional) To change the tags associated with your Crowd Quote, enter one or more tag names into the *Select Tag* field, then select **Save**. To automatically apply the same tag to your new quote, leave the *Select Tag* dropdown empty, then select **Save**. 1. The **New Quote** sidebar will update to reflect your new Crowd Quote snippet and the tag you associated with it. ## Deleting Crowd Quotes To delete a Crowd Quote, select the **Delete** icon for the corresponding Crowd Quote, then select **Save** to confirm your deletion. ![delete quotes](https://documentation-g2-com-images.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/crowd-quotes-delete-quote.gif) Deleting a Crowd Quote automatically removes it from all associated Reference Pages. ## Sharing Crowd Quotes with your internal teams G2 hosts your Crowd Quotes repository on a shareable webpage, enabling individual members of your organization to quickly find and use your favorite review snippets. To share your Crowd Quotes: 1. Go to [my.G2](https://my.g2.com/~/snippets), then **Marketing Content** > **Crowd Quotes**. 2. They will be able to access the same filter options available to you in my.G2. ## Using your Crowd Quotes You can apply Crowd Quotes to wherever rich text is supported, including email signatures, landing pages, and sales collateral. ![use quotes in google doc](https://documentation-g2-com-images.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/crowd-quotes-use-crowd-quotes-google-doc.gif) To use your Crowd Quotes: 1. Find the Crowd Quotes you want to use by entering filter criteria, such as tags, into the filter panel. Entering multiple tags into the search bar shows all Crowd Quotes that contain at least one of the corresponding tags. 1. Select the checkbox next to each Crowd Quote you want to use. 2.
