Appointment Scheduling is an optional add-on for Verified Leads clients. Instead of qualifying a lead and handing it to you to follow up, an advisor attempts to schedule the pitch call or demo directly on your team's behalf. If the buyer doesn't want to schedule or can't agree on a time, G2 sends you the lead without an appointment.

G2 charges a 50% premium on the lead fee for each scheduled appointment. If the buyer cancels or doesn't attend, G2 refunds the appointment premium.

Basics of Appointment Scheduling

Scheduling options

You can choose one of two scheduling options:

  • G2 Calendar: Use the scheduler G2 provides.
  • Chili Piper: Connect your Chili Piper workspace and use your own calendar setup.

How Chili Piper appointments work

When an advisor books an appointment for a campaign connected to Chili Piper, they see your live Chili Piper availability. When they select a time, Chili Piper books the appointment right away and adds it to your calendar. Chili Piper sends a calendar invitation to both you and the buyer.

G2 delivers the qualified lead separately, after the standard QA process. The lead email includes the appointment details.
