The G2 CRM Connector also comes with custom report types that can be used to simplify the process of building more Salesforce reports using G2 data. These custom report types bundle buckets of fields that include both G2-specific data points and information from the general Salesforce environment.

G2 - Account Visit Aggregates This custom report type is similar to G2 - Accounts with Visit Events, but this option provides aggregated information for G2 events rather than every individual G2 event. G2 - Products with G2 Reviews and with G2 Review Answers This option is similar to G2 - Accounts with Reviews and Answers, but it includes the ability to focus on a single G2-listed product. This is a useful option for organizations that have multiple products on G2. 1. G2 Products

G2 Buyer Intent Signal Volume This option displays the number of G2 Buyer Intent signals over a period of time. Use this report to identify how changes in G2 visibility—such as categorization, review volume, and report ranking—impact Buyer Intent volume. You can also filter by campaign dates to analyze how G2 content-driven campaigns influence Buyer Intent trends.
Accounts by G2 Buying Stage and Activity This option shows the number of accounts in each buying stage and activity level. Use this report to identify highly engaged, low-funnel accounts for immediate sales action. You can also apply monthly or quarterly filters to track engagement trends over time and evaluate how outbound efforts, campaigns, and G2 research influence account activity. Adding an opportunity creation date filter can help you assess deal velocity in relation to G2 Buyer Intent signals.
G2 Influenced Opportunities by Stage This option maps G2-influenced accounts to your Salesforce opportunity stages, displaying the total opportunity value for each stage. Use this report to calculate G2's ROI influence by comparing your G2 investment to closed revenue. Additionally, you can track pipeline volume associated with G2-influenced opportunities over time by applying monthly or quarterly filters.
G2 Buyer Intent Signals over Time This option provides a count of each G2 Buyer Intent signal type recorded in Salesforce over time. Use this report to analyze how changes in categorization, review volume, and report ranking influence Buyer Intent volume. Additionally, use this report to identify opportunities to drive more campaign CTAs aimed at increasing product visibility on G2.
