You can update your email settings directly from your G2 profile to control which types of communications you receive.

To update your notification preferences

  1. Log in to your G2 profile.
  2. Select Settings, then navigate to the Privacy section.
  3. Use the toggles in the Privacy Settings panel to:
    • Opt in or out of specific email types.
    • Unsubscribe from marketing emails.
    • Control notifications related to your reviews or followed products.
  4. Select Save to confirm preferences.

Select Manage Email Subscriptions to subscribe to emails or to opt out of all emails from G2.

Changing your email address

You can manage your contact information under the Account section of your profile.

This section enables you to complete the following actions:

  • Add a secondary email
  • Set a new primary email
  • Remove old or unused email addresses
