Why this happens
This error usually occurs when:
- You’ve created multiple G2 accounts using different logins.
- You’re signed in with a different method than the one used to submit the review.
How to resolve it
- If you originally signed in with LinkedIn, log out and sign back in using your LinkedIn account.
- If you used your business email, make sure you're logged into the correct email address.
- Try accessing the link from an incognito browser window.
