Resolving “Access Denied” errors when claiming a card

Learn what to do if you see an "Access Denied" error while trying to redeem your gift card.

Why this happens

This error usually occurs when:

  • You’ve created multiple G2 accounts using different logins.
  • You’re signed in with a different method than the one used to submit the review.

How to resolve it

  • If you originally signed in with LinkedIn, log out and sign back in using your LinkedIn account.
  • If you used your business email, make sure you're logged into the correct email address.
  • Try accessing the link from an incognito browser window.
