Resolving duplicate accounts on G2

Sometimes users accidentally create multiple G2 accounts using different login methods. If this happens, we can help you consolidate access or identify the correct account.

Common causes

  • Using LinkedIn for one review and a business email for another
  • Changing jobs and using a different work email
  • Forgetting which login method you used

How to fix it

  1. Try logging in with LinkedIn, then separately log in with your business email.
  2. Check which account contains your previous reviews under the Reviews tab.

If you find two accounts, contact G2 Support. Let us know which account you'd like to keep, and we’ll help you resolve the duplicate.

To avoid confusion, always use the same login method when submitting reviews or checking reward status.
