G2 Events (Account and Opportunity page layouts)

  • Time: The date and time the G2 event occurred.
  • Title: The title of the page the buyer viewed on G2.com.
  • City: City information for the G2 event.
  • State: U.S. state information for the G2 event.
  • Country: Country information for the G2 event.
  • URL: A selectable web link for the page that was viewed on G2.com.
  • Tag: The type of page that the buyer viewed (for example, comparisons.show means a product comparison page was viewed).
  • G2 Current Visit Intent Score: This score indicates the intent of a buyer on a scale of 1-10, with a higher score meaning the buyer is more serious about the purchasing process.

G2 Event Aggregates (Account page layouts only)

  • Name: The alpha-numeric name for the G2 event aggregate. This provides a selectable option to view full details about the event aggregate.
  • Event Count: The number of G2 events included in the aggregate.
  • Tag and Page Type: These options indicate whether the G2 events in an aggregate are views of the same G2.com page type (for example, Comparison for product comparison pages) or they are for multiple page types.
  • Timeframe: The period that the G2 events included in the aggregate span (for example, Month).
  • Created Date: The date the G2 event aggregate was originally created.

  • Created Date: The date the G2 related organization was originally created.

G2 Reviews (Account page layouts only)

  • G2 Review Name: The review ID number. This provides a selectable option to view full details about the review.
  • Last Modified Date: The date that the review was either published or updated.
  • Title: The title of the page the buyer viewed on G2.com.
  • NPS: The numeric answer (1-10 scale) to the Likely to Recommend question asked as part of the G2 review process.
  • Star Rating: This number is half the NPS figure (1-5 scale), rounded up to the nearest half star.
  • Role: The job title of the G2 reviewer (for example, Administrator).
  • G2 URL: A selectable web link for the page that was viewed on G2.com.
