Resolve common problems when trying to access or redeem your gift card.

My gift card isn’t working

If your gift card doesn’t load or shows an error, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and using a different browser.

If the issue continues, contact G2’s gift card provider at cs@tangocard.com for support.

My gift card keeps loading and won’t display

In some cases, the claim code may be delayed. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page.

If the issue persists, contact G2 Support or cs@tangocard.com for help.

I received the wrong gift card

Gift cards are issued based on the country selected during the review submission process.

If you believe you selected the correct country but received the wrong card, contact G2 Support for assistance.

Gift cards are not exchangeable once claimed.

My gift card expired

Some gift cards have expiration dates. See Gift card expiration and usage timelines for details.

Unclaimed gift cards expire after one year and cannot be recovered after that time.

Resolving a blank or non-loading gift card page

A blank or non-loading gift card page is usually caused by regional restrictions.

First, try accessing the gift card page using a VPN.
If the page still does not load, refer to the troubleshooting documentation provided by the gift card supplier.
