Learn the criteria for receiving a gift card when submitting a G2 review.
Eligibility requirements
To qualify for a gift card:
- Submit your review through a campaign that explicitly offers one.
- Make sure the campaign is still active when you submit your review. Reviews submitted after a campaign has ended do not qualify for a gift card.
- Your review must pass moderation and be approved by G2.
Common reasons you may not be eligible
- The review was submitted using a link that is not tied to a gift card campaign.
- The campaign had a limited number of gift cards, and the limit was already reached before you submitted your review.
- You updated a previously rewarded review. Gift cards are only issued once per review.
What if I received a review request email?
Receiving an invitation to leave a review does not guarantee a gift card. You’ll only receive one if your review meets all of the eligibility criteria. We recommend keeping a copy of any offer you received, until you are able to claim your card.
If you did write a review through an incentivized link, and your review is approved, you will find your gift card in the Rewards tab of your G2 user account.
What if my review was rejected?
Only approved reviews are eligible for gift cards. If your review was rejected during moderation, it will not qualify for a reward.
