If you were promised a Sendoso gift after submitting a G2 review, here's what to expect and what to do if something goes wrong.

When to expect your gift

  • Review approval: Your review must first be approved by G2. This can take up to 3 full business days.
  • Gift delivery: Once approved, Sendoso will process and send your gift.
  • E-gift cards are delivered immediately via email.
  • Physical gifts typically arrive within 5 business days.

Didn’t receive your gift email?

  • Double-check your spam folder for an email from Sendoso.
  • If you don’t see anything, your company’s firewall may be blocking external senders.
  • Still nothing? Reach out to Sendoso Support for help.

Missed your chance to claim the gift?

If you did not claim your gift within the timeframe listed in the original Sendoso confirmation email, the offer is automatically canceled and cannot be reissued.
