How placement is calculated
Grid® placement is based on two core factors:
Satisfaction Score: Star rating, review count, and answers to key satisfaction questions (e.g., ease of use, likelihood to recommend).
Market Presence Score: Based on 15+ metrics that reflect visibility and reach in the market.
More recent reviews carry more weight in scoring.

G2 scores are updated dynamically as new data is ingested through API and user submissions.
