    Implementation

    This process details every step you need to take to implement the G2 + Canva integration.

    1. Confirm product access

    The Canva integration uses your my.G2 user account to authenticate access to your G2 Badges. For this reason, you can only use Badges for the products you can access via my.G2.

    To verify the products you can access:

    1. Go to my.G2.
    2. Open the product dropdown at the top of the page to reveal your my.G2 product access.

    1. Confirm that your user account can access the desired G2-listed products. If you need access to products not listed in the dropdown, please ask a user in your organization with access to the missing product to invite you or contact your G2 representative.

    2. Activate and authenticate the my.G2 app

    To activate this integration:

    1. Log in to Canva.
    2. From the left sidebar, select More, then search for and select my.G2.
    3. Select Use to add the app to your Canva account.
    4. Select Connect, then log in with your my.G2 credentials.
    5. After reviewing Canva’s access permissions, select Allow Access to complete the authentication process.

    Once you authenticate via my.G2 (steps 4 and 5), Canva can access your G2 Badges for two hours. If you want to add more Badges to your presentation after that time has elapsed, you will be prompted to log in again. This process does not affect the Badges you have already added to your presentation.

    Adding G2 Badges in Canva

    To add a G2 Badge to a presentation:

    1. Log in to Canva, then navigate to your Canva project.
    2. From the left sidebar, select the my.G2 app.

    If the my.G2 app does not appear in the sidebar for your project, select More, then search for and select my.G2.

    1. Navigate through the product and reporting season directories, then select the Badge you want to add.
    2. Position and scale the Badge as desired.
