The G2 + Factors.ai integration enables you to measure the influence of G2 Buyer Intent signals on ROI and understand how G2 Intent signals contribute to closed deals and revenue.
Basics of G2 + Factors.ai integration
About G2 Buyer Intent data
G2 Buyer Intent captures enriched data about buyers researching your product across G2. Buyer Intent signals can be generated by a variety of buyer actions, including interacting with your G2 product profile page, comparing your product to a competitor, and viewing alternatives for a product in a shared category. This data enables your sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify a buyer's stage in the buyer journey.

Where G2 data appears in Factors.ai
Within Factors.ai, G2 Buyer Intent signals are reported as events in the account activity timeline.
You can use filters to create account segments with high-intent activity on G2.
Once you have defined your criteria and created your segment, you can view Insights for saved segments. Segment insights enable you to measure engagement, pipeline growth, and the revenue generated by the segment.
Implementation
To set up the G2 + Factors.ai integration:
- Go to my.G2, then Integrations > Integration Hub.
- Select Authenticate Now.
- Navigate to Integrations > API Tokens & Apps.
- Create a new API token by entering a Label, selecting Factors.ai from the Integration Partner dropdown, then selecting Create New Token.
- Log in to Factors.ai, then navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- Find G2, then select Connect Now.
- When prompted, enter your API token into the G2 API Key field, then select Connect Now.
Buyer Intent data is delivered to Factors.ai every 24 hours.
