The G2 + Google Sheets integration sends G2 Buyer Intent data directly to your Google workspace, enabling you to share insights with key stakeholders and upload Buyer Intent data into another system.
About G2 Buyer Intent data
G2 Buyer Intent captures enriched data about buyers researching your product across G2. Buyer Intent signals can be generated by a variety of buyer actions, including interacting with your G2 product profile page, comparing your product to a competitor, and viewing alternatives for a product in a shared category. This data enables your sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify a buyer's stage in the buyer journey.
Refer to the Buyer Intent documentation for more information on signal types, checking the signals included in your subscription, and more.
Where Buyer Intent data appears in Google Drive
G2 adds a sheet called "{YOUR_PRODUCT_NAME}
Buyer Intent Data" to the root directory of the connected user's My Drive.
Implementation
Before getting started
Only one user at an organization can receive Buyer Intent delivery at a time. If the connected user's account is deactivated, Buyer Intent data will stop flowing into Google Sheets.
1. Activate the integration
To set up the G2 + Google Sheets integration:
- Go to my.G2, then Integrations > Integration Hub.
- Select the Google Sheets tile, then select Authenticate Now.
- Log in to Google if prompted, then choose your Google account.
- Select Allow to confirm G2's access to your Google account. You will be redirected to my.G2.
- Set the Integration Status slider to Active. Buyer Intent data will begin flowing to Google Sheets within 24 hours. New Buyer Intent signals are sent daily.
2. (Optional) Configure fields
G2 offers a variety of fields associated with each Buyer Intent signal, including detailed information about the G2 pages viewed and firmographic information about the buyer.
Select Edit Configuration to modify the columns included in your delivery. You can search for additional columns and remove existing ones.
