Review Refresh enables you to request updated reviews from your existing reviewer base, helping you maintain a current, trusted presence on G2.
Basics of Review Refresh
Review Refresh Campaigns help you re-engage past reviewers by using a shortened review form, boosting review recency and visibility in G2 filters.
You can request a refresh for reviews submitted between 7 months and 4 years ago.
G2 ensures requests go only to relevant users. We exclude the following:

Users without a G2 account.

Users who previously unsubscribed.
-
Email addresses that result in hard or soft bounces.
-
Users marked as spam or bots.
-
Users who are non-compliant with G2's privacy regulations.
Requesting a Review Refresh campaign
- Go to my.G2 > Reviews > Refresh Reviews.
- In the Campaign Details panel, enter the Desired Start Date and Campaign Title.
- In the Campaign Budget panel, select whether the campaign will be Incentivised or Non-incentivized. The incentive for Review Refresh campaigns is a $25 Amazon gift card and cannot be customized.

- Select Launch Campaign.
G2 sends one initial email and one follow-up reminder to eligible users. Updated reviews appear on G2.com with a refreshed timestamp.
Refreshing reviews improves your review recency metric.
When a reviewer updates their existing review, the review decay resets and the review regains scoring weight.
You can monitor the success of your campaign by going to Reviews > Review Activity.
