Unclaimed gift cards expire after one year and cannot be recovered after that time.
Offer timing
Gift card campaigns are time-limited and may only be available for a few days or until the reward limit is reached.
If you submit a review after a campaign ends or its reward limit is reached, it will not qualify for a gift card.
Approved reviews can take up to 3 business days to process before the gift card email is sent. Be sure to check all folders in your inbox, or visit the Rewards tab in your G2 account to claim any new rewards.

To receive additional offers, watch your inbox for future campaigns.
Any attempt to obtain gift cards in violation of G2’s platform rules, including the policies outlined in G2’s Community Guidelines, may result in immediate account termination.
Gift card limits
- You can only receive one gift card per approved review submitted through a valid offer.
- Not all reviews are eligible for a reward.
- Additional reviews submitted outside of incentivized campaigns will not result in new rewards.
