After your review is moderated and approved, G2 issues your gift card reward.
When to expect your gift card
Gift cards are issued within three to five business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your review is approved.
Where to find your gift card
If your review meets all eligibility criteria, G2 sends an email that includes your gift card link and redemption instructions.
If you do not see the email, check the following:
- Your spam folder
- Any alternate email addresses associated with your G2 account
You can also access unclaimed rewards directly from your G2 profile.
- Go to your G2 profile.
- Select Rewards.
- Locate unclaimed gift cards or view existing reward details.
Unclaimed gift cards expire after one year and cannot be recovered after that time.
Redeeming your reward

Use the reward link to redeem your gift card or reward balance.
- Locate the email or message that contains your reward link.
- Select the reward link to open the redemption page.
- Review the available redemption options for your country or region.
- Select how you want to use the reward amount.
- Complete the redemption flow and confirm your selection.
After redemption, you receive a confirmation message or email.
Understanding Global Choice Link rewards
Global Choice Link rewards let you redeem a single reward across multiple options and regions. Available options vary by country or region and can include digital gift cards, prepaid cards, charitable donations, or digital payouts.
Redeeming a Global Choice Link reward
- Select the reward link you received by email or message.
- Browse the available reward options for your country or region.
- Select a reward and follow the on-screen steps to complete redemption.
Checking reward status and gift card balance
Use your G2 profile to confirm reward status and access gift card balance details.

- Go to your G2 profile.
- Select Rewards.
- Review the reward status to confirm whether the gift card is claimed or reimbursed.
Checking gift card balance
- In Rewards, select the reward link.
- You are redirected to the gift card provider’s website.
- Enter the required details, such as the card number or security code.
You can view the total balance, amount used, and remaining balance.
Troubleshooting missing gift cards
If you have not received your gift card:
- Confirm your review was submitted through a qualifying campaign.
- Review the steps in Where to find your gift card.
- Check your spam folder and confirm that emails from G2 are not blocked by your organization.
- If the gift card has not arrived after five business days, contact G2 Support.
