Appointment Scheduling is an optional add-on for Verified Leads clients. Instead of qualifying a lead and handing it to you to follow up, an advisor attempts to schedule the pitch call or demo directly on your team's behalf. If the buyer doesn't want to schedule or can't agree on a time, G2 sends you the lead without an appointment.
G2 charges a 50% premium on the lead fee for each scheduled appointment. If the buyer cancels or doesn't attend, G2 refunds the appointment premium.

Connect Chili Piper in my.G2
- Go to my.G2, then navigate to Verified Leads > Appointment Scheduling.
- Select the Chili Piper tab.
- Enter your Chili Piper account.
- Leave Router blank to use the quick setup flow, which creates the required flow for you automatically. Only enter a router if you need to use an existing one.
- Under What appointment types should we set for you?, select Web Demo, Discovery Call, or both, depending on your setup.
- Enter the API token you generated in Chili Piper.
- Select Connect.
The integration takes 10 to 20 seconds to verify and refreshes automatically once it's done. Once connected, your Chili Piper calendar link appears on the Chili Piper tab.
If you can't connect Chili Piper, check your account name, API token, token permissions, appointment type selection, and calendar connection. If the issue continues, contact your G2 representative with your product name and the error message. Don't share your API token.
